Virgin Voyages has revised 16 departures in its 2027 Alaska and Pacific coast schedule, citing safety, navigation and traveler feedback. Brilliant Lady will still operate from Seattle and Vancouver during the company’s second summer in the region. The ship, trip durations and central onboard offering remain unchanged.

On 13 sailings, the route planned near Tracy Arm Fjord will be replaced by passage through Endicott Arm with views of Dawes Glacier. Virgin attributed the revision to continuing landslide danger around Tracy Arm. Twelve cruises will also call at Victoria instead of Prince Rupert. Guests will have a full day there, with Victoria’s Inner Harbour and historic downtown among the highlighted attractions.

Inside Passage segments will now appear as sea days on itinerary listings. Tender arrangements and call times are also being modified for Juneau, Sitka and Icy Strait Point. On August 24, 2027, Brilliant Lady will leave Victoria at 6:00 PM because of harbor restrictions. The September 10, 2027, sailing will skip Astoria to meet Vancouver tidal navigation windows, adding a sea day and more time in San Francisco. Guests will receive $33 each for Astoria port charges and fees. Virgin’s first Alaska and Pacific Northwest season began after its May 2026 arrival.
