Expedia Expands Airport Perks for One Key Members
Gold and Platinum members gain delay benefits, while new CLEAR+ customers at the top tier receive preferred pricing.

One Key Gold and Platinum travelers may receive airport lounge entry after an eligible Expedia-booked flight is delayed 90 minutes or longer. The trial covers qualifying travel dated September 30, 2026, through December 31, 2027. Flights need to be registered at least 24 hours ahead of departure, and certain carriers do not participate. Covered passengers sharing the itinerary may get access to a LoungeKey location, including participating Club, Escape, Plaza Premium and Aspire venues. Where no eligible airport option exists, Expedia provides each covered traveler with $20 in OneKeyCash.
Platinum members who are new to CLEAR+ can purchase an annual membership for $129. Current CLEAR customers cannot link their Expedia status to reduce renewal pricing. An additional adult costs $125, so an eligible American Express Platinum credit of up to $219 can leave a couple paying $35. The offer’s future renewal price follows the member’s One Key level and the rates available at that time. Expedia is also giving Gold and Platinum members app-based price protection on marked flights. It checks Expedia’s fare every 24 hours until departure and awards an eligible difference as OneKeyCash after travel.
- Regular CLEAR+ pricing is $219 annually.
- One Key Gold requires 15 qualifying trip elements.
- Platinum status requires 30 qualifying trip elements.
- CLEAR+ accounts may include up to three additional adults.
