Chaminade College Preparatory has started a $66-million redevelopment at its West Hills campus. The school marked the beginning of work on Sept. 30. Plans call for athletic facilities on a nearby 4.8-acre property, a bridge for walking between the North and South campuses, and a two-story center for welcome and student services.
