Oasis of the Seas will not call at Port Canaveral during its seven-night Bahamas cruise departing September 27, 2026. The change follows a 10-hour delay affecting the ship’s return to New Jersey, pushing back boarding at Cape Liberty to the evening. Guests may arrive between 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., with everyone required aboard by 11:30 p.m.

The revised route includes a sea day instead of the Orlando-area port on September 29. Nassau will come earlier than planned, with arrival set for 7:30 a.m. and departure at 5:30 p.m. That gives passengers three additional hours in the Bahamian capital. The call at Perfect Day CocoCay remains scheduled for October 1, from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Royal Caribbean will cancel and refund cruise-line shore tours booked for Port Canaveral as onboard credit. Passengers will also receive a one-day prorated credit for prepaid beverage, Wi-Fi and Ultimate Dining packages. The ship is expected back in New Jersey on October 4, with no expected effect on the following seven-night sailing.

  • The ship carries 5,606 guests.
  • Airport transfers will follow the later boarding schedule.
